• You have the the answer to "why you" on the tip of your tongue and you have to be able to state it in such a way that gives your future employer an unforgettable glimpse into the impact that you will have on their company.

• You have got to be able to put your magic into words and into a branded career tagline that gives your future employer a clue, up front, that you are definitely someone who comes to the table with the intention to get the job done.
